TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. All submissions must be the original work of the applicant. Any form of plagiarism, copyright infringement, or unauthorized use of content will result in immediate disqualification.

2. The applicant confirms that all necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and clearances have been obtained for music, images, footage, performances, and any other copyrighted material used in the project.

3. The festival reserves the right to accept or reject any submission without assigning a reason.

4. Submission fees, if applicable, are non-refundable under any circumstances.

5. The decision of the festival jury and management shall be final and binding in all categories.

6. By submitting an entry, the applicant grants the festival the right to use film stills, trailers, posters, promotional materials, and excerpts for marketing, publicity, and festival-related activities.

7. The entrant is solely responsible for any legal claims, disputes, or liabilities arising from the submitted content.

8. Awards may be withheld if the jury determines that the quality of entries in a category does not meet the required standard.

9. The festival reserves the right to modify categories, schedules, venues, dates, or event formats without prior notice.

10. Submission of an entry constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
